KAKAILANGANIN ng local government units (LGUs) sa Metro Manila ng bagong quarantine passes para sa mga residenteng lalabas ng bahay sa muling pagpapairal ng enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) sa rehiyon.
Ayon kay Department of the Interior and Local Government DILG Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya, nakatakdang mag-anunsiyo ng patakaran sina Metro Manila Council (MMC) chair Mayor Edwin Olivarez at Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) chairman Benjamin Abalos kaugnay sa quarantine passes, unified curfew hours, at liquor bans para sa nalalapit na ECQ sa Metro Manila.
Gayunman, sinabi ni Malaya na pinayuhan ng DILG ang LGUs na ipatupad na lamang ulit ang rules sa quarantine passes.
“Naabisuhan na ang DILG ng mga LGUs na ibabalik nila ‘yung mga quarantine passes para maging maayos ‘yung paglabas ng ating mga kababayan para magpabakuna, para pumunta sa tindahan para bumili ng pagkain, o kaya naman pumunta sa pharmacy para bumili ng gamot,” pahayag ni Malaya sa Laging Handa briefing.
