Matatagpuan ang walong halfway houses sa; Bantay, Ilocos Sur; Laoag City, Ilocos Norte; Burgos, Pangasinan; Lallo, Cagayan; Cabaruguis, Quirino; Lagangilang, Abra; Bontoc, Mt. Province; at Tabuk City, Kalinga.
