“If you are going to a dentist or probably a clinic and that clinic is within the mall, you might probably be allowed,” ani Abalos.
Noong Martes ay inilabas ng MMDA ang Resolution 21-24 na nakasaad na, “those below eighteen (18) years of age, and those belonging to the vulnerable population, shall be allowed access to obtain essential goods and services, or for work in permitted industries and offices in accordance with existing labor laws, rules and regulations.”
Nakasaad din sa resolution na ang individual outdoor exercises para sa lahat ng edad ay pinapayagan na ngayon anuman ang comorbidities o vaccination status.
Subalit binigyang-diin ni Abalos na kailangang samahan ang minors ng kanilang mga magulang o adult guardian.
“The intrazonal and interzonal travel of persons below eighteen (18) years old shall be allowed provided that these persons shall be accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian at all times,” ayon pa sa resolution.
Kapag nakita ang minors sa labas na walang adult companion, sinabi ni Abalos na eeskortan sila ng mga awtoridad pabalik sa kanilang tahanan.
Ang Metro Manila ay isinailalim sa Alert Level 3 mula Oct. 16 hanggang 30.
