Kinilala ang mga nakaligtas na piloto na sina Capt. Paul Jimuel Gayanes, 26-anyos at Lebon Eisen Sandoval,26-anyos.

Sa inisyal na report ng Plaridel Fire Station, ganap na alas-7:40 ng umaga nang mag-take off ang 2 seater Sessna 152 mula sa Airport ng Precision Flight Control Philippines sa Brgy, Lumang Bayan sa bayang ito.

Bandang alas-8:30 ng umaga ng makatanggap ng tawag si SFO3 Nelson Leoncio mula sa isang Eugenio Philip Sarmiento na may aksidenteng nangyari.

Nabatid na pa take off pa lamang ang eroplano nang sumabit umano ito sa mga sanga ng puno ng Acacia na naging sanhi ng pagbagsak ng 2 seater plane.

Samantala patuloy pang nagsasagawa ng imbestigasyon ang mga tauhan ng Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines. THONY ARCENAL
