PINAYAGAN na ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) ang 10 percent na dinein capacity sa mga restaurant at fast food sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).
Ito ang inanunsiyo kahapon ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque kasabay na rin ng pagbubukas ng apat na personal care services gaya ng salon, beauty parlors, spa at barber shop sa limitadong espasyo.
Gayunman, may habilin ang national government sa local government units na alalayan ang mga establisimiyento na magbubukas sa pamamagitan ng pag-monitor sa pinayagang bilang ng kapasidad.
“The national government is banking on the local government units under the modified enhanced community quarantine to ensure that business establishments, such as the restaurants and those engaged in personal care, will comply with the 10 percent and 30 percent venue capacity, respectively,” pahayag ng Malacanang.
Sa IATF Resolution No. 113, maaari na ang dine-in subalit nasa 10 percent capacity lamang habang kasabay pa rin ang al fresco dining.
Pinayagan din ang apat na nabanggit na personal care services sa 30 percent capacity naman.
Hindi naman pinayagan ang ibang personal care business.
“Personal care establishments and services not included in the foregoing shall remain part of the negative list of industries not allowed to operate,” sabi pa sa resolusyon ng IATF.
Umaasa ang Malakanyang na magiging masigasig ang barangay officials at LGUs na i-monitor ang naturang mga negosyo para sumunod sa MECQ health protocols.
‘These establishments shall only provide services that can accommodate the wearing of face masks at all times by patrons/clients and service providers,” utos pa ng IATF.
