SPORTS OFFICIATING SA PSC RISE UP, SHAPE UP

SENTRO ng usapin ang mga Pinoy International sports official sa isasagawang Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) webisode ng Rise Up, Shape Up ngayong Sabado, October 23.

Mabibigyan ng malalim na diskusyon sa PSC – Women in Sports (WIS) program ang mga sakripisyo at dedikasyon ng mga Pinoy sports official para masiguro ang integridad, respeto at patas na desisyon sa mga laro at kompetisyon na kanilang nilalahukan.

“It is our simple way of extending our gratitude to them for their selfless effort, passion, and love for sports especially in producing world-class Filipino talent,.” pahayag ni WIS oversight Commissioner Celia H. Kiram.

Magbibigay rin si Kiram ng mga kaalaman hinggil sa sports officiating sa kanyang  regular segment na “Kwentong Isport”.

Tampok sa programa sa alas-10:30 ng umaga ang limang Filipina technical officials na naging bahagi sa matagumpay na pagdaros ng 2020+1 Tokyo Olympic Games na sina Marilee Estampador at Karla Cabrera, International Technical Officials for Fencing; Jercyl Lerin at Coach Leonora Escollante, International Technical Officials for Rowing and Paddling.

Makakasama rin nila si Dr. Marie Paz Angeles, Head and International Accreditor of Tarlac State University, sa pakikipagtulungan ng Russian Register na naka-base sa St Petersburg, Russia. Kasalukuyan siyang chairperson ng Tarlac State University Research Ethics and Review Committee at co-chair ng Psychological Association of the Philippines-Educational Psychology Division.
