SENTRO ng usapin ang mga paghahanda at pagsasanay ng mga batang babaeng taekwondo jins sa Rise Up Shape Up sa Sabado, September 18.

Ang RUSU ay lingguhang webinar ng Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), sa pangangasiwa ng Women in Sports program ni Commissioner Celia Kiram. Binibigyang buhay sa programa ang mga natatanging gawa ng mga kababaihan para magsilbing inspirasyon sa iba.

Kabuuang 45 taekwondo rising stars ang nagpakitang-gilas sa katatapos na  7th Women’s Martial Arts Festival. At ang mga kuwento sa likod ng kanilang tagumpay ang hihimayin sa programa.

Sa ‘K-Isport: Kwentong Isport’ segment ng programa sa alas-10:30 ng umaga ay tatalakayin ang kasaysayan ng taekwondo bilang isa sa premyadong sports ng Pinoy.
