Batay sa ulat ni Mariveles Chief of Police Lt.Col. Cezar Lumiwes kay Bataan Police Director Col.Joel K.Tampis, nakilala ang mga nadakip na sina Jaime Adel , 46 anyos, at Jerome Oliver, 36-anyos, factory worker at kapwa residente sa nasabing lugar.
Isinailalim sa surveillance ang mga suspek dahil sa kanilang iligal na gawain, kaya ng magpositibo ikinasa ang buybust.

Nakumpiska sa mga suspek ang pitong sachet ng umano’y shabu at marked money na ginamit sa buy-bust.
