TERIYAKI BOY, YELLOW CAB MERGER APRUBADO NA NG SEC

INANUNSIYO ng Max’s Group kamakailan na nakuha na nila ang regulator approval para sa pagsasanib ng kanilang subsidiaries, Teriyaki Boy Group at Yellow Cab Food Corp.

Matitira ang Teriyaki Boy matapos ang merger, na inaprubahan ng Securities and Exchange Commission, pahayag ng Max.

“The resulting transaction is part of continuing corporate reorganization activities to derive operational efficiencies and does not cause any adverse impact to existing shareholders,” pahayag ng Max’s Group sa stock exchange meeting.

Ang Teriyaki Boy ang isa sa mga naunang Japanese restaurant segment mahigit sa isang dekada na ang nakararaan.  Mayroon itong 16 na tindahan karamihan ay nasa Metro Manila.

Ang Yellow Cab ay nagsisilbi ng New-York style pizzas at nag-anunsiyo na ng plano na magpalawak ng sangay sa China, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia at Singapore.

Ang Max’s Group din ang nagpapatakbo ng Max’s fried chicken restaurant, Pancake House at ang Philippine outlets ng Krispy Kreme at Jamba Juice.
