Mislatel Consortium2

“Mindanao Islamatic Telephone Company Inc. with Udenna Corporation, Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp., and China Telecommunications Corp. (is declared) as the New Major Player,” ayon sa NTC.

“The consortium stands to lose P24 billion and the allocated frequencies if it fails to fulfill its commitments,” wika ni Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) officer-in-charge Eliseo Rio.

Ang resolution ay nilagdaan nina NTC Commissioner Gamaliel Cordoba, Deputy Commissioners Edgardo Cabarios at Delilah Deles, at Oversight Committee chair Rio.

“The Mislatel Group as the NMP has a period of 90 days from the date hereof, to submit to the NTC the documents and performance security as required…” pahayag ng NTC.
