TIN AND MAP

by GILDA OLVIDADO

TWO dogs with very thick furs. Obviously came from a very cold place, somewhere where a ground of ice is where you walk on. They are now fosters of R House Dalat, a cool place in Vietnam. When I first met them, they instantly owned my heart and until now, I can’t stop worrying for them.

They are about to be transferred to HCMC, Vietnam. A beautiful city already dotted with tall buildings. Unlike in Dalat which is open and breezy cold, Tin and Map will be habitating in the air-conditioned room.

To live.

I’m sure they won’t complain, dogs never will. They would still be happy to see humans who would hug and pat them. They would still eat eagerly what are offered to them.

They are looking for their forever homes because RHouse is just a fostering dining place. And just like the title of this new column of mine, INTERESTING ANYTHING, Tin and Map would delight in anything interesting for a moving on life they will be having.

Maybe they will be adopted by a parent/parents who have a very big space near a lake or river?
Or parent/pàrents who have a house near the sea?

How about … a parent who is actually living in Dalat and Tin and Map will happily go back there?

God will never forsake these two giants. I believe so. Why? Because while I was kind of sad thinking how

I can contribute something useful to their situation, suddenly a comment of concern on my post about them, paved the way for this INTRESTING ANYTHING. I’m back to writing and the talent fees are for donation on Tin and Map’s day and night air con energy consumption.

Isn’t that great? Isn’t that a beautiful sign of hope in today’s business pandemic tragedies?

Yes, dogs too are victims of Pandemic. When a branch of the business is losing, Tin and Map are also losing their home in Dalat.

But when there is loss, you gain another path of resurrection.

Fight, people. Just like how amazingly dogs will fight in any very challenging situations.

But they don’t fight with anger frustrations. They fight with much of loving. With big trust from Above.

Maybe humans should learn from Tin and Map.
