BINALAAN kahapon ng Philippine Coast Guard ang international travelers na pupunta sa Filipinas laban sa isang “malicious website” na nag-aalok ng reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) ng PCG sa kanilang pag-dating sa bansa nang libre.

Ayon kay PCG Task Force Bayanihan Returning Overseas Filipinos (TF-BROF) Commander, RADM Rolando Punzalan Jr., ang website na https://www.philippinesvisa.com, na nagre-redirect sa https://www.philippinese-cif.com/ para makumpleto ang isang electronic case investigation form (e-CIF),  ay peke at hindi awtorisado ng PCG.

“All concerned are enjoined to be vigilant and not fall into the said unauthorized claim,” sabi ni Punzalan.

Aniya, ang mga nais mag-report ng insidente na may kinalaman sa website o may katanungan ay maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa  PCG TF BROF sa pamamagitan ng mobile at Viber sa +63915-088-5276.

“Said Task Force works with the Department of Transportation – Philippines (DOTr)’s One-Stop-Shop for the Management of Returning Overseas Filipinos (OSS-MROF),” ani Punzalan.

Nito lamang July 7 ay binalaan ng Philippine Red Cross (PRC) ang publiko laban sa “booking scams” para ss COVID-19 testing, at sinabing tanging ang thttp://book.redcross.org.ph ang legitimate booking website mula sa PRC at Dashlabs Shop. PNA
