The Vietnam Coast Guard (VCG) CSB 8002 arrives at the Manila Pier 15 for their first-ever joint training with the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Monday.
The four-day exercise will include joint search and rescue operations as well as fire and explosion prevention training.
