Kumana si Murrell ng 21 points sa 10-of-14 field goal shooting laban sa kanyang dating koponan, at nakatuwang sina fellow young guns Tyrus Hill, Taylor Browne, Justin Arana at RK Ilagan para tulungan ang Converge na putulin ang two-game slide at mapalakas ang kanilang tsansa sa playoffs.
Sa 3-5, ang tropa ni Jeff Cariaso ay umangat sa solo eighth, na naglagay sa kanila sa magandang posisyon para makapuwesto sa quarterfinal sa kanilang PBA debut, may tatlong laro ang nalalabi kontra NorthPort, Phoenix at Blackwater.
