DOH CALABARZON MAY BAGONG DIREKTOR

ITINALAGA ni Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Francisco T. Duque III si Ariel Valencia, Director IV ng Supply Chain and Management Service bilang bagong Regional Director ng DOH – CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon).

Sa isang simpleng seremonya, tinanggap ni Valencia ang symbolic key of responsibilities ang acceptance mula kay outgoing Regional Director Eduardo C. Janairo na ang kanyang serbisyo ay nagtapos noong November 20, 2020, natapos ang 39 taon na serbisyo na may dalawang dalawang taon na extension at 9 na regional office na serbisyo.

“Together with the DOH-CALABARZON family, our local government partners, private and public stakeholders, we shall take up all the challenges and deliver all the needed health services to our people,” ayon kay Valencia

Si Valencia ay nagsilbing Regional Director ng apat na rehiyon – National Capital Region (2014-2018), Western Visayas (2008-1012), CARAGA (2012-2013) at MIMAROPA (2013-2014).

Bago itinalagang director ng DOH-Supply Chain and Management Service, ay nagging Acting Deputy Director for Field Regulatory Operations of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) noong 2014.

Naglikod siya ng 29 taon na public service na nagsimula noong 1992 bilang medical officer sa probinsiya ng Rizal, municipal health officer ng Taytay (1992-2004) bago inilipat sa DOH bilang Medical Specialist II sa DOH-MIMAROPA (Oriental/Occidental Mindoro. Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan) at executive assistant (2005-2007). PAUL ROLDAN
