GADON RUMESBAK KAY CARPIO SA TAX EVASION NI BBM

Buwineltahan ng senatorial candidate na si Atty. Larry Gadon ng partido Kilusang Bagong Lipunan (KBL) si dating Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonio Carpio kaugnay sa ginawa nitong artikulo kamakailan sa isang pahayagan na nagdidiin na convicted di umano ang presidential candidate na si Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos, Jr. ng Partido Pederal sa kasong tax evasion.

Sa ginawang video message sa social media, pinasaringan ni Gadon si Carpio na tila nangangarag, o nag kukunwaring tanga sa mga isinulat nito kamakailan laban sa naturang dating senador.

“His article in Inquirer deliberately avoided the legal process that a decision of the lower courts are not final, and therefore once appealed and the “conviction” is overturned and set aside and deleted, then there is no conviction to speak of … but frustrated Chief Justice Carpio still attached the word convicted until the end of his sloppily written article exposing his motive of besmirching the person of BBM, wika ni Gadon.

Pinasaringan pa nito si Carpio na bilang isang dating mahistrado ng Korte Suprema, dapat lubos niyang nalalaman ang naturang usapin na hanggat hindi pa nadedesisyunan ng SC ang isang kaso kahit pa may desisyon na ang mababang korte, hindi pa rin pinal ang desisyon nito at maaari din mabaligtad ng Court of Appeals (CA).

“The decision of the Supreme Court  in the case of People vs Ferdinand Marcos Jr declared that BBM did not commit an offense involving moral turpitude and that the penalty of imprisonment is removed and thus therefore there is no conviction to speak of contrary to what Carpio has been lying about, mariing paliwanag ni Gadon.

Naniniwala din si Gadon na tila wala ng maisip na ibang pwedeng ibato o black propaganda laban kay BBM kung kayat gumagawa na lamang ng paninira ang ilang “dilawan” katulad ni Carpio na aniyay isang frustrated chief justice at presidential bet….
