GUIDELINES PARA SA BUBBLE TRAINING NG SEAG-BOUND ATHLETES INILABAS

NAGPALABAS ang Joint Administrative Order (JAO) No. 2020-0001 on Sports ng supplemental guidelines para sa pagsasagawa ng bubble training ng Philippine Team na sasabak sa 2021 Southeast Asian Games sa Hanoi, Vietnam.

Ipinalabas ng signatory agencies ng Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), Games and Amusements Board (GAB), at Department of Health (DOH) ang joint order na para lamang sa mga miyembro ng Philippine Team – kapwa para sa contact at non-contact sports na tinukoy ng kani-kanilang National Sports Association (NSA) sa koordinasyon at pag-eendorso ng Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) o Philippine Paralympic Committee (PPC) sa PSC. Ang national  athletes at personnel na may edad 18 pababa ay kinakailangang magkaroon ng written parental consent.

“We would like to thank the government through the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) for approving the JAO guidelines. This will boost the morale of our national team members as they prepare for the 2021 SEA Games,” wika ni PSC Chairman William ‘Butch’ Ramirez.

Ang bubble-type trainings ay ipatutupad sa ilalim ng mahigpit na pangangasiwa at monitoring ng PSC Medical Scien-tific Athletes Services (MSAS) Unit at JAO-designated Health and Safety Officers na patuloy na susubaybay sa health status ng lahat ng indibidwal na may kinalaman sa aktibidad.

Ang mga lugar lamang na nasa ilalim ng moderate at low-risk community quarantine classifications ang maaaring mag-host ng bubble trainings na may maximum number ng papayagang indibidwal —   base sa risk assessment ng PSC, POC, PPC, at kani-kanilang NSA. Ang mga plano at aktibidad ay kailangang i-coordinate sa host local government unit at regional IATF.

Samantala, pinag-aaralan ng PSC ang pagho-host ng bubble training para sa athletics, boxing, ka-rate at iba pa sa Baguio facility nito.
