INILATAG ng state-run Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) ang P5-billion credit program upang magkaloob ng financial assistance sa local government units (LGUs) at tourism enterprises para palakasin ang tourist facilities at services.
Sa ilalim ng Tourist Infrastructures and Services Mobilization (TOURISM) Lending Program, ang LGUs ay makahihiram ng 100% ng total project cost requirement, sa kondisyong hindi ito hihigit sa kanilang net borrowing capacity.
Maaari namang makautang ang small and medium enterprises (SMEs) at cooperatives ng hanggang 80% ng kanilang project cost, habang ang malalaking korporasyon ay maaaring makahiram ng hanggang 75%.
Ayon sa Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), ang small enterprises ay yaong may total assets na nagkakahalaga ng P500,001 hanggang P5 million; medium, higit P5 million hanggang P20 million; at large, higit P20 million.
Ang qualified projects sa ilalim ng credit program ay kinabibilangan ng primary tourism support facilities, infrastructure, and services such as hotels, resorts, automation, at digitalization of tourism services.
Ang short-term loans para sa working capital ay maaaring bayarab hanggang isang taon, habang ang term loans para sa permanent working capital ay maaaring bayaran ng hanggang limang taon.

Noong nakaraang buwan, ang LandBank ay nagbukas ng P333.3-million credit facility para sa mga magsasaka para palakasin ang kanilang working capital at mapataas ang produksiyon.
