Kung hindi napigilan ang dating Atenista, malamang ay maraming masisipaggayahan sa kanya. Kasi, gagawing sample si Kiefer kung bakit siya napayagan.

Buti na lang bago pa nakaalis ng bansa para maglaro sa Japan ay napigilan na agad ito.

Kasama niya sa coaching staff sina Al Vergara, Dabert Candado, Nino Matig-A, at Timoteo Gatchalian.

Wala pang opsiyal na petsa at venue para sa opening day ng liga. Nauna nang naipahayag ng organizers ang Hulyo 12 para sa pagbubukas ng Mindanao Leg. Gayundin, nagpahayag ng interest para maging host ang Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur, Cagayan De Oro, Agusan del Sur, at Butuan  na pawang nasa ilalim ng Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) habang ang Davao City, Iligan City, Cotobato City, at Lanao del Sur ay nasa General Community Quarantine (GCQ).
