Paraan ng paggawa:

Pagsama-samahin sa isang kaserola ang 3 cups water, 2 sachet white coffee, ¼ c sugar, 2 tsp cornstarch at 1 ½ tsp white gelatin. Haluing mabuti hanggang sa matunaw ang lahat ng ingridients. Pinakamurang kape po ang pinili ko para makatipid.

Kapag tunaw na, iluto sa mahinang apoy. Haluin hanggang lumapot. Kapag malapot na, isalin sa mga ice cream molders, at palamigin uli. Kung malamig na, ialagay sa refrigerator ng isang oras at saka ibenta o ihain.

Costing

Libre syempre ang tubig kaya ang pepresyuhan natin ay ang 2 sachet white coffee, P8; sugar, P10; 2 tsp cornstarch, P3 at white gelatin, P9; 100 grams raisins, P10.
