THROUGH its Operation Tulong Express (OPTE) program, SM Foundation distributed hundreds of Kalinga packs—each containing rice and other food essentials—to the residents of Barangay Bolilao, in Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
This social good initiative aims to augment the beneficiaries’ food supply after their area was recently placed under a 5-day lockdown to curb the spread of COVID-19.
OPTE is a social good program of SM Foundation in collaboration with SM Supermalls and SM Markets which aims to address the needs of grassroot communities during calamities and crisis.
