SOLENN HEUSSAFF AT NICO BOLZICO WALANG PAKE SA INCOME NG ISA’T ISA

SOLENN Heussaff is absolutely liberated when it comes to her financial set-up with husband Nico Bolzico.

Believe it or not but they are clueless with regards to their individual savings.

“Oo, kasi wala akong pake,” she told the press matter of factly at the presscon of her series Cain at Abel.

On Nico’s part, admittedly, he has an idea with regards to her earnings but is not aware how much is her savings or if she has one.

This arrangement is ideal for Solenn since she doesn’t want money to stand in the way of their relationship.

“I don’t want to,” she quipped. “I think it’s healthy, I think it’s healthy, kasi if you think about it, life in general, not just marriage, but friends, business, ‘pag may away, it’s always financial, it’s always about money.”

So, there is a fixed amount for their joint account, kung saan wini-withdraw nila ang monthly household expenses.

“So ‘pag kailangan kong magbayad ng bills for the house or ganu’n,” she intoned, “du’n ko kinukuha.”

Basta sa kanilang personal expenses, kanya-kanya sila.

“‘Pag travel ko, sa bank account ko, ‘pag travel niya, sa bank account niya. Very modern!”

Sa ganitong set-up, may freedom at flexibility silang mag-plano kung papano gagastusin ang kanilang kinikita.

“Although, I’m not really the maluho type,” she asseverated. “I actually have very basic needs, even in fashion. Hindi ako ‘yung always branded clothes.

“Siguro bulk of my personal expenses, sa travels.

“But I know my budget.”

Nakatutulong daw na meron silang “predictable” needs na maituturing. I guess this set-up works because we pretty much have the same lifestyle,” she quipped.

“We also do not eat out often. Kumbaga, wala yung mga surprising expenses na, ‘Saan galing yun?'”

Pero magbabago raw siguro ang kanilang set-up once na magka-baby na sila. .

“Oo,” she explained in earnest, “madadagdagan ang amount. And aside from the monthly expenses, there must be an account for the baby’s future as well.”
