CEBU – ARESTADO ng mga tauhan ng Philippine National Police – Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) ang 63-anyos na lola na matagal nang pinaghahanap dahil sa kinasangkutan sa ilegal na droga sa Barangay Mambaling, Cebu City.
Ayon kay BGen. Eleazar Matta, director ng PDEG, bitbit ng kanyang mga tauhan ang warrant of arrest at nadakip ang wanted na senior citizen sa Sitio Tinabangay kumakalaban ng umaga.
Nakasaad sa warrant of arrest laban sa suspek ang Criminal Case No. DU-50166 for Violation of Section 11 and under Article II of RA 9165 na may petsang Nobyembre 11, 2024 mula sa sala ni Hon. Panfilo Intud Sala Jr., Acting Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 28, 7th Judicial Region, Mandaue City, Cebu.
Pinuri naman ni Matta ang kanyang mga tauhan sa Cebu kasama na rin ang masigasig na koordinasyon mula sa yunit sa Metro Manila.
