NASA 12,000 work from home jobs ang available sa platform ng Jobstreet.

Ayon kay JobStreet Philippines Country Manager Philip Gioca, hanggang March 2021, ang mga bukas na  work from home jobs ay kinabibilangan ng customer service representative, IT/Tech support, web developers, digital marketer, virtual assistant at online English teachers.

“For the past year, we have seen a growing demand for remote jobs, and more Filipinos are starting to adapt to this new working environment due to the current situation. Companies should invest more or provide a flexible working infrastructure to attract talents at this time,” pahayag ni Gioca.

Batay sa pag-aaral ng JobStreet, mas maraming Filipino ang nagsabing bukas sila na magtrabaho ‘remotely’.

“Forty nine percent of Filipinos are open to flexible job opportunities such as working remotely,” ayon sa pag-aaral ng Decoding Global Talent ng JobStreet, na isinagawa sa 190 bansa.

Batay sa datos, ang Australia, Canada at United States ang  top 3 countries na mas gusto ang remote employment.

Samantala,  54 percent lamang ng mga Filipino na sinurvey ang nagsabing payag silang magtrabaho sa ibang bansa mula sa 75 percent noong 2018. Ayon sa Jobstreet, ang  global average ay nasa 50 percent.

“Filipinos prefer to work in Canada, Australia and New Zealand,” nakasaad sa report. Pasok din sa top 10 ang Japan, Singapore, South Korea, at UAE.
