NAGPALABAS ng paalala ang isang opisyal ng Department of Health (DOH) sa publiko na maging maingat laban sa mga sakit na nakukuha tuwing panahon ng tag-init.

Ang payo ay ginawa ni DOH – CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) Regional Director Eduardo Janairo, kasunod na rin ng nararanasang matinding init ng panahon sa bansa.

Babala pa ni Janairo, hindi dapat na manatili sa ilalim ng matinding sikat ng araw ang mga mamamayan upang makaiwas sa sunburn, mga sakit sa balat, heat cramps, heat exhaustion o heat stroke.

Sinabi ng opisyal na hindi dapat na balewalain ang epekto ng panahon ng tag-init sa kalusugan dahil maaari itong magdulot ng seryosong karamdaman.

Dapat din aniyang tiyaking madalas na umiinom ng tubig upang makaiwas sa dehydration.
