LIBRENG SWAB TEST SA LOKAL NA TURISTA 

MAAARI nang makapag-avail ang mga lokal na turista ng libreng swab test simula ngayong araw, 

Nobyembre 1. 

Ayon sa Tourism Promotions Board (TPB), maaaring samantalahin ng mga qualified domestic tourist ang libreng RT-PCR tests sa Philippine Children’s Medical Center (PCMC). 

Ito’y kasunod ng pag-subsidize ng Department of Tourism (DOT), sa pamamagitan ng TPB, sa lahat ng swab test bilang bahagi ng hakbang ng ahensiya na pasiglahin ang turismo sa bansa matapos na malugmok dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic. 

“As travel restrictions continue to ease up, we aim to encourage more tourists to visit their destination of choice by providing a full subsidy on RT-PCR testing,” wika ni Tourism Secretary Berna Romulo-Puyat. 

“This program helps ensure the safety of tourists, tourism workers, and local stakeholders in various destinations,” dagdag pa niya.  

Kabilang sa mga kwalipikado sa programa ay ang mga turista na may kumpirmadong transportation at accommodation bookings sa isang DOT-accredited establishment. 

Nilinaw naman ng DOT na 350 lamang ang aplikasyong tatanggapin kada araw. 

Para naman sa application requirements ay magtungo lamang sa website ng tourism promotions board.
