RAMIREZ 2019 SEAG CHEF DE MISSION

PSC Chairman William Ramirez

“LET’S get our act together, consolidate our efforts, and pull our resources to ensure the success of the Southeast Asian Games. We have to work as one nation and one people. We believe to the maxim in unity, there is success.”

“Yesterday, I declined the offer to be chef de mission team Philippines for the upcoming 30th SEA Games, which we host in five months. I declined for many reasons, two topmost of these are that I see no need to have a title to help the team, being already involved as the Chairman of the govern-ment’s sports agency and delicadeza,” ani Ramirez, isa ring dating atleta at athletic director sa isang kilalang unibersidad sa Davao.

“I pray this will finally put an end to the nagging bickering and move forward to give our athletes peace of mind and concentrate in their training and preparation for the SEA Games,” wika ni Ramirez.

“I accept the challenge of the CDM position, aside from the instructions of my bosses, is to heed the call for help of the Philippine Olympic Com-mittee. As the sports government arm, we show our readiness to step in, to help in the capacity being requested and if possible, mediate to make unity happen.” CLYDE MARIANO
