Dagdag pa ni Morente, sa ilalim ng 1987 Philippine Constitution, ang pagsama ng mga kawani ng pamahalaan sa partisan political activity ay mahigpit na ipinagbabawal.
Aniya, dapat sundin ang tinatawag na Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees, bawal din makisali o mag-post sa social media o kaya ay mag-share ng impormasyon tungkol sa mga kandidato.
Ipinagbabawal din ang pagsusuot ng t-shirts, caps, o paggamit ng ballpen na bigay ng mga tumatakbong kandidato sa darating na halalan 2022. FROILAN MORALLOS
