PATULOY na magbibigay ng libreng sakay ang MRT-3 sa bakunadong Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APORs) habang umiiral ang modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).

Ang MECQ ay ipatutupad sa Metro Manila mula Agosto 21 hanggang Agosto 31.

Ang libreng sakay ay para sa mga fully vaccinated at sa mga nakatanggap na ng unang dose.

Iaalok ito mula alas-7 hanggang alas-9 ng umaga at mula alas-5 ng hapon hanggang alas-7 ng gabi.

Ang mga kuwalipikadong APORs ay kailangan lamang magpakita ng kanilang vaccination card sa MRT-3 station, katibayan na awtorisado silang lumabas ng bahay tulad ng Certificate of Employment (COE) af valid government-issued ID, o Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID  o company ID.

Sa ilalim ng MECQ ay tanging APORs ang pinpayagang sumakay ng MRT-3.
