ANTI-DOPING POLICIES TAMPOK SA NATIONAL SPORTS SUMMIT 2021

TAMPOK ang mga pagsisikap tungo sa ‘clean and fair play’ sa bansa sa pagsisimula ng batch 2 ng online National Sports Summit 2021 sa March 4.

Pangungunahan ni Dr. Alejandro Pineda, head ng Philippine National Anti-Doping Organization (PHINADO), ang sports conference sa Huwebes, kung saan magbibigay siya ng malalim na talakayan sa implementasyon ng 2021 World Anti-Doping Code sa bansa.

Si Pineda, kilalang personalidad sa paggabay sa national athletes at coaches sa pagsunod sa world anti-doping policies, ay kinakatawan ang bansa sa Southeast Asia Regional Anti-doping Organization (SEA RADO) magmula pa noong 2006.

“The area of honest and fair play is very vital to impart, most especially to our athletes, coaches, and sports educators who are directly involved in the practice of training minds and bodies to be at its prime,” paliwanag ni PSC’s National Training Director Marc Velasco, na siya ring Project Director ng summit.

Ang batch 2 ng summit ay may tatlong subjects na tatalakayin na kinabibilangan ng

“Anti-Doping Efforts in Philippine Sports,” “Sports Science and Sports Success,” at“High-Performance Sports and Athletic-Ang Success.” CLYDE MARIANO
