KC CONCEPCION MAY PAYO PARA SA GUSTONG MAGPAPAYAT 

ON INSTAGRAM, KC gave a shout-out about his beau Pierre-Emmanuel Plassart’s “unconditional love” that motivated her to want to lose weight and be the “best version” of herself.

“In a world full of shade, bashing & opinions,” said KC, “thank you for the unconditional love!!!

“You not judging makes me want to glow up & be the best version of mysel f—when the results show I promise you’ll get all the credit!”

Ang advice ni KC sa mga babaeng gustong mag-lose weight.

“Don’t be with anyone who makes you feel ugly, fat or less than who you are,” she intoned. “To show them to mind their own business & you’ll know something they won’t: What it’s like to be happy from the inside & FEEL YOUR BEST.

“You are BEAUTIFUL & you’ll only get better AND BETTER”

KC started her “Best Body Ever” goal wayback in July 2017.

In her Instagram post, she made a promise to get rid of the two-year worth of weight gain.

But in February 2018, she candidly admitted  experiencing difficulties.

Gusto kasi ni KC nang isang bikini-ready body sa kanyang 33rd birthday.

“Mahirap ‘yung minsan ang dami mo nang ginagawang workout ‘tapos napi-feel mo parang, ‘Meron bang progress?’

“Parang iba ‘yung feeling ng ine-expect ko na super payat agad.”

Gayunpaman, ipinagpatuloy pa rin niya ang kanyang Pilates classes. At sa halip na bigyan ng deadline ang kanyang sarili, ginawa niyang “slowly but SURELY” ang kanyang “fitness mantra.”

Maliban sa kanyang rigorous exercises, in-avoid din niya ang stress.

“In wanting to get fit,” she asseverated, “I learned that we first need to get our minds in the right place…”

DANIEL AT JAMESON TYPE NG SINGER NA SI JERMAE YAPE

MODEL/singer/actress Jermae Yape dreams of collaborating with singer/actor Daniel Padilla in the near future.

Sinabi niya ito sa launching ng kanyang first single entitled “Summer” that was held at Limbaga 77 Restaurant in Tomas Morato QC just recently.

Gushed Jermae, “Si Daniel (Padilla) ang gusto kong maka-collaborate kasi paborito ko s’ya at siya rin ang showbiz crush ko kasi guwapo.

“Sa babae naman si KZ Tandingan kasi total performer siya. Maga­ling sumayaw, kumanta at mag-perform.”

But in the event that she would be given the chance to do a Teleserye or movie, she would prefer the gifted Teen Actor Jameson Blake to be her leading man.
