KAPWA nanguna sina Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio at kaniyang ama na si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa isinagawang “indepen­dent” presidential at vice presidential survey.

Ayon sa RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMDinc), sa kanilang isinagawang survey nanguna si Duterte-Carpio sa 10 iba pang potensyal na presidential candidates.

Nakakuha si Mayor Sara ng 32.25-percent preference rating.

Si Pangulong Duterte naman ang top choice bilang vice president na nakakuha ng 21.81-percent preference rating.

Ayon sa RPMDinc, isinagawa ang survey mula Agosto 1 hanggang 19 kung saan mayroong 10,000 respondents na pawang mga rehistradong botante.

Pinasagot ang mga respondent sa tanong na “Sino ang iyong iboboto kung ang eleksiyon ay magaganap na ngayon?”.

Si Duterte-Carpio ay nakakuha ng highest voter preference sa Minda­nao na 60.17 percent, sumunod ang Visayas (25.11 percent) at Luzon (21.35 percent).

Si Pangulong Duterte naman ay nakakuha ng 37.47 percent sa Min­danao, 17.62 percent sa Visayas at 16.85 percent sa Mindanao.
